Sunsundegui has appointed Felix Aramendia as its new CEO. As of January 2, the former Technical Director of the carmaker will take over the position of Managing Director from José Ignacio Murillo, who becomes CEO of the company. and will continue to serve as its administrator.
José Félix Aramendia, Technical Engineer from the University of Navarra and with an EMBA from ESIC, has a professional career of more than 34 years, first in Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector, with international experience with customers and in technical positions of responsibility. Felix Aramendia has been a member of Sunsundegui’s management team for the past 12 years. In 2010, he was appointed Director of Operations, and since 2014, he has been Technical Director of the carmaker, where he has been in charge of the carmaker’s Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and After Sales departments.
In recent years, Sunsundegui has achieved the renewal of the entire product line, the consolidation of strategic alliances with customers and manufacturers, the expansion in the export industriesThe company’s facilities were upgraded and modernized, with a consequent increase in the company’s production capacity, and its financial strength was strengthened.
